Come admire some of the finest pieces of Italian art and architecture on this tour through Florence. Begin your tour with an expert local guide at the Academy of Fine Arts (Accademia), which houses seven masterpieces of Michelangelo. Here you will see the extraordinary beauty and majesty of his Renaissance masterpiece sculpture "David", the four unfinished "Prigioni", the second of his famous Pieta and other unfinished works sculpted with his famous technique, the non-finito.
Continue along Piazza del Duomo where you can admire Saint Mary of the Flower Cathedral, the famous Brunelleschi's Dome, Giotto's Bell Tower, and the Baptistery of St. John. Your knowledgeable guide will show you the very old city center Piazza della Repubblica and the Orsanmichele Church.
Finally you will reach Piazza della Signoria, the political center of Florence, and Palazzo Vecchio. Passing by the courtyard of the Gallery of the Uffizi, you will reach the Lungarno; the road that runs along the River Arno where you will have the most breathtaking view of Ponte Vecchio and reach the end of your tour.

Pick-Up/Drop-Off: Our guide will pick you up from your Florence City-Centre Hotel, or other central location in Florence (Santa Maria Novella Rail Station, etc.). Your tour will conclude at a point within the city-centre, where your guide may assist with instructions to return to your hotel or recommend further sightseeing opportunities or dining options.
